Tonight: El Caminos CD Release

Read our review of Get to the Top and head out to the Star Bar for the release party tonight. Rose Riot says, “Call me biased to this band (because I’m engaged to the drummer, haha) but I genuinely love the sound of The El Caminos. The El Caminos have been rockin’ the A for 20 years and this Saturday the boys will release their seventh album, “Get To The Top.” They will be joined by many special guests at The Star Bar.” Click image for details

March 18: Pearl and the Beard

Playing The Five Spot in Atlanta 7pm: $10.

Recently Opening for Ani DiFranco here in Atlanta, Pearl and the Beard is three voices, one cello, one guitar, one glockenspiel, one melodica, several drums, ninety-six teeth, and one soul.
Former strangers Jocelyn Mackenzie, Emily Hope Price, and Jeremy Styles were united in the great city of New York. Each had migrated there from a far corner of the nation with naught but food in their pockets and money in their bellies. Each had the same true love. Since then the three have nested, and their unique brand of brightly melodic songcraft continues to blossom of its own accord.
Pearl and the Beard loves you the way you’ve always been.
